🔹 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
• You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product
• You received a wrong item
• You inform us within 48 hours of delivery
We do not accept returns for:
• Used products
• Opened seals
• Change of mind
• Allergy issues (as ingredients are clearly mentioned)
🔹 Important: Unboxing Video Required
If you receive a damaged or leaked item, an **unboxing video** from start to end is mandatory.
This helps us process your replacement quickly.
🔹 Exchange or Replacement
Once approved, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.
In case the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
🔹 Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
🔹 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
